This self adhesive magnetic tape has a width of 10mm and a thickness of 1.5mm, and adhesive. The magnetic roll comes in a length of 30 metres. Made from Strontium or Barium ferrite powder within a polymer matrix, our self-adhesive magnetic tape provides good demagnetization resistance and reasonable resistance to chemical agents. Uses for our self-adhesive magnetic tape:
NB: This product, PART A can be used in conjunction with PART B to create an attracting Magnetic bond between non-metallic surfaces.
This cleverly designed magnetic tape system allows two non-magnetic surfaces to be magnetically joined without using clips, screws or nails or other penetrative fasteners. Parts A and B have self-adhesive on one side and complementary poles that attract and bond instantly and can be unattached with equal ease. Window double glazing, for example, can be attached to the inside of a window in your home, studio or apartment by fitting A type strip on the window frame, and B type on one side the glazing panel surface. Magnetic attachment makes it easy to remove as the season changes or for cleaning. The tape cuts easily to the required length and the system works just as well for attaching insect screens, soundproofing, light blocking screens or for securing privacy panels in place. The system also keeps doors and screens securely closed in mobile homes, tents and caravans that experience constant movement and vibration. Retrofitting this type of equipment can reduce noise, increase heat retention and helps to insulate a living space. This saves money, increases comfort levels and reduces energy costs, which are all appealing benefits to retirees at home and those travelling the countryside in caravans and motorhomes. This 10mm wide tape will support small or lightweight screens but for larger or heavier materials the wider (12.5 or 25mm ) tape systems should be considered.
