Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth block magnet has a central 3mm hole and has length of 19mm x a width of 10mm with a slim 1.5mm thickness. It has a magnetic flux of 1325 Gauss and a pull force against 3mm mild steel of 1.5 kgs. It is identified by the AMF Magnet part number 22024.

Uses for our rare earth block magnets:

This slim Neodymium block magnet has a d3mm centre hole and is ideal for attaching to any material that can be screwed. A flat head screw will hold it in position permanently or it can be easily removed when required. Any surface can be made magnetic using this block and used to hold metal objects, like tools, securely in place. The hole also allows attachment using wire, string, ribbon or by stitching it on to cloth or other soft materials, which can be ideal for less permanent applications, or where glue residue or surface damage is undesirable. Attached to a wooden pole or handle, a simple metal retrieval tool can be fabricated to access hard to reach areas.
