Product Code 22022C
Pull Force* 3.7 kg
Weight 6 gm
Style Rare Earth Block magnet
Coating Phosphorous
Direction of Magnetisation Axially magnetised
Dimensions Width:11.5mm, Height:3.3mm, Length:20mm

Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth block magnet has a length of 20mm,  a width of 11.5mm and a thickness of 3.3mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 2419 Gauss and a pull force of 3.7 kg against 3mm mild steel. It is identified by the AMF magnetic part number 22022C and has a phosphorous coating.

Uses for our rare earth block magnets:

Phosphorus coatings create an inert protective barrier for the surface of the magnet making this Neodymium Block a good choice for outdoor applications and where exposure to the weather is unavoidable. Unlike thick Epoxy coatings that interrupt direct contact of the magnet to a metal surface, Phospherous coatings are powder-like and do not affect the strength or holding power of the magnet. Magnets like these are used in sensors to activate alarms and locks in the Security, Defence and Surveillance industries.
