Neodymium Block - 50mm x 25mm x 12.7mm
Product code: 22006A
Neodymium Block - 50mm x 25mm x 12.7mm
Magnetic Product Description:
This block magnet has a length of 50mm, a width of 25mm and a thickness of 12.7mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 3957 Gauss and a pull force of 28.35 kilos against 5mm mild steel. It has the AMF magnet part number of 22006A. A very strong magnet which needs care when handling, this magnet weighs approx 120 grams.
Uses for our rare earth block magnets:
These magnets provide an inbuilt and permanent pull force of over 28kgs of inexhaustible energy.
Very strong permanent Neodymium magnets like these blocks have become indispensable in modern design and technology. Neodymium magnets are relatively new members of the Magnet family (1980’s) and Magnets are the youngest members of the fastening family. Favoured for their invisible and non-invasive bond, magnets have superceded old technologies like screws and glues and become, in many industries, the modern method of attachment and an independent source of power.
Differently sized and shaped magnets like these Neodymium Blocks are being chosen by Scientists, Researchers and Fabricators for their bonding strength and excellent power to weight ratio. They are also valued for their instantaneous, predictable and damage- free bond to improve the accuracy, performance and operation of tools, equipment, monitoring instruments and for their convenience in displays, advertising, department store shelving, signage systems, vehicles, electric motors and vending machines, to name a few. Magnetic fastening allows these fabrications to be simply dismantled for servicing and inspection and just as easily returned to their original position. This is not possible with adhesion methods of days gone by.
For the removal of Ferrous Metal contaminants or the manufacturing of mining-related products, power generation and a variety of general industrial uses, Block Magnets like these are perfect.
