Neodymium Cylinder - 6mm x 25mm

Product Code 21039
Pull Force* 1.5 kg
Weight 5 gm
Style Rare Earth Cylinder magnet
Coating Nickel (NiCuNi)
Direction of Magnetisation Axially magnetised
Dimensions Height:25mm, Diameter:6mm

Magnetic Product Description:

This neodymium cylinder magnet has a diameter of 6mm and a height of 25mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 6255 Gauss and a pull force against 3mm mild steel of 1.5kg. It is identified as part number 21039.

Uses for our rare earth cylinder magnets:

These elongated N42 Grade Neodymium Cylinders give added magnetic power than a magnet with shorter length but the same diameter measurement. The overall increase in the volume of Neodymium material increases the magnetic power and can provide a solution in situations where diameter size or height is restricted. They can be fitted into pre-drilled holes in various materials to create a bond with metal surfaces that will detach at a predetermined amount of pressure. Bonds using magnets create instantaneous joins for assembling model components, oversize retail product displays or anything of a relocatable or temporary nature, like marketing merchandise and promotional products, often seen at trade shows and exhibitions. As well as being fast and simple, magnetic joins are tool and glue-free, adding to the convenience and longevity of an item.
