Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth disc has a diameter of 20mm and a height of 4mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 2340 Gauss and a pull force of 5.5kg. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 20016.

Uses for our rare earth disc magnets:

Neodymium Discs have a range of holding capacities, largely dictated by their diameter and thickness. By choosing the appropriate magnet or combination of magnets and their positioning, magnets can be used in a hold and release function for equipment storage and access purposes. The force needed to remove the items can be regulated to a point where they are easily accessed but also held securely. Adhesion using magnetism is an efficient, time-saving method of fixing anything in a safe and convenient position. Items that need to be accessed quickly or on a regular basis can be secured close by and out of the way by using magnetic hold. Tools, implements, instruction manuals, emergency equipment, spare parts and cleaning materials can be stored vertically on walls, saving space and keeping work areas clear. Magnet to metal or magnet to magnet fixing eliminates the need for clamps, hooks, bolts and screws that can be awkward to use and time-consuming in an urgent situation. North and South paired magnets will attract and reposition themselves instinctively and instantly, also saving time. Magnetic hold for storing regularly used equipment can be of benefit to  Tradespeople, Technicians, Service agents and Emergency workers.
