This magnet is a Rare Earth block magnet with a centred hole. It has a length of 20mm, a width of 12mm and a height of 5mm. There is a centred hole approx 4.5mm. It has a pull force of 5.9 kilos against 5 mm mild steel and a magnetic flux reading of 3262 gauss. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 22021C.

This Nickel coated Neodymium Block magnet has a Countersunk fixing hole allowing the use of a self-tapping screw to apply it to the desired non-magnetic surface and attract any metal object passing through its field. Timber, Aluminium, Brick or Plastic surfaces can now be magnetised to hold tools, knives or anything metallic. It is ideal for use on cupboards, filing cabinets, gates, door latches and for the closure of wall-cavity sliding doors.
