Neodymium Disc - 15mm x 5mm

Product Code 20020A
Pull Force* 5.48 kg
Weight 9 gm
Style Rare Earth Disc magnet
Coating Nickel (NiCuNi)
Direction of Magnetisation Axially magnetised
Dimensions Height:5mm, Diameter:15mm

Magnetic Product Description:

This rare earth disc has a diameter of 15mm and a height of 5mm. It has a pull force of 5.48kg. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 20020A.

Uses for our rare earth disc magnets:

Increased pull-force can be achieved by using thicker magnets, or in the case of this Neodymium Disc, by increasing the magnetic grade to N42 during manufacturing. Higher grades afford one more factor in combination with diameter and thickness in attaining the ideal holding force for a given application. Strong, compact discs are ideal for adhering small and heavy materials together and where wide diameter discs cannot be accommodated due to lack of available surface area. Discs of this thickness and diameter create a compressed, penetrative field and lend themselves to recessing into timber or other material to provide hidden and concentrated hold for organising professional tools, kitchen utensils or any other equipment.
