Magnetic Product Description:

This ferrite block magnet has a 150mm length, a 100mm width and a height of 25.4mm. This ferrite magnet has a magnetic flux reading of 1966 Gauss and a pull force of  15.3 kg. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 12010.

Uses for our ferrite block magnets:

Many industrial processes employ large Ferrite Blocks like these to detect and remove foreign metallic material and keep their production standards as high as possible. Ferrite magnets emit a broad magnetic field that has the ability to capture and remove metal impurities and fragments over large areas. They can be positioned over conveyor belts or next to shutes that transfer materials from one process to another, reducing the risk of contamination which can ultimately lead to health risks, brand damage, expensive product recalls and liability. Although it has excellent heat and corrosion resistance, Ferrite material is brittle and can be easily broken so a protective cover or surface is usually required.
