Pot magnets overcome this problem to a large extent. The protective metal casing, or Pot, protects the delicate magnet and the allows it to be fastened on to almost any surface with ease. Threaded hooks or eyelet are also options that make these magnets extremely versatile, especially for outdoor applications or where knocks and abrasive forces are likely to be encountered. This can include factories, farms, mine sites and construction sites. The cap has a 5mm diameter hole. for attachment and the magnet bore will allow a nut or bolt head with a maximum diameter of 9mm.
