Magnetic Product Description:
This ferrite pot magnet has a diameter of 36mm and a height of 7mm. It has a 9mm hole magnet bore and a 4.8mm pot bore. This ferrite magnet is identified by the AMF magnet part number 89019.
Uses for our ferrite pot magnets:
Ferrite magnetic material is inexpensive and extremely resistant to corrosion, however, it is also a very brittle material and can be chipped or broken if handled carelessly. Pot magnets overcome this problem to a large extent. The protective metal casing, or Pot, protects the delicate magnet and the allows it to be fastened on to almost any surface with ease. This can include factories, farms, mine sites and construction sites. The cap has a 5mm diameter hole. for attachment and the magnet bore will allow a nut or bolt head with a maximum diameter of 9mm.
