Neodymium Ring - Plastic Coated 16.5mm x D4.5/D8.5mm x 6mm Countersunk South
Magnetic Product Description:
This Rare Earth ring magnet has an outside diameter of 16.5mm, an inside diameter of 4.5mm with a surrounding countersunk diametre of 8.5mm, and a thickness of 6mm. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 23008B.
Uses for our Rare Earth ring magnets:
These Ring Magnets are manufactured in complementary pairs that attract to each other and have countersunk holes for attachment with a screw. As an added bonus, they are encased in plastic for protection against damage and corrosive elements. This makes them incredibly versatile and able to create magnetic bond without the need for a metal surface. The North and South pole magnets can be attached to any two materials, enabling them to attract, bond and release magnetically. Matching countersunk rings solve a lot of fastening dilemmas where magnetic convenience is desirable but metallic surfaces are unavailable. This can be encountered in outdoor entertainment areas, campsites, boat marinas or sporting grounds.
