Magnetic Product Description:

This neodymium magnetic ring has a diameter of 13mm and a height of 2mm. It has a magnetic flux reading of 1999 Gauss and a pull force of 1.27 kilos. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number R-OD13H2ID5-N35.

Uses for our rare earth ring magnets:

Ring magnets can be located on a round shaft or round pin that matches the rings inside diameter. The small hole in the centre of a ring magnet also makes it simple to attach to another surface with thread or a length of wire. Ring magnets in pairs positioned with the opposite poles facing each other can be used as closures on each side of a garment or to magnetically join components of a scale model or a consumer product.
Nickel coatings on Neodymium magnets help protect the magnet and minimise the effects of corrosion. Many modern devices require permanent Neodymium ring magnets to operate reliably. Wind turbines, power tools, electric generators, reed switches, motor vehicle ABS systems, sensors and servo motors and all sound amplification and communication equipment use Neodymium permanent magnets in their operation.
